ISO9001/QS 9000 system strictly. The first kind of equipment
of instrument is delivered to the organization with
the legal effect approved by the country and carries
on check-up .
The
production process is the continuous productive process.
According to QS9000 system request, each type of the
machine has intact technological files, such as "
controlling plan"," flow chart of the process
", " PFMEA", etc. these files are used
to guide production and carry on the analysis of MSA,
SPC; And there are homework guide books in every engineering
location. They arrange bright operating sequence, requiring,
the standard and points for attention in detail, and
enclose chart or sample. The corresponding engineering
location are set dispose frock tool such as static ribbon,
wind criticize, test shelf, orient shelf, weld shelf,
etc.
The technological file adopts the computerization
to manage, the model that each produces has intact supplies
inventories, encloses material inventory, technical
standard, requiring, technological drawing etc., its
key components and parts are all that imported from
Japan, Korea S., U.S.A., etc.; In addition, according
to the national relevant technical standards, we have
made the technical standard of firm.
The whole manufacture process runs according to ISO9001,
QS9000 system, it can produce various kinds of high-middle-and-low
grade automobile electronic products.
